Warranty Policy

Effective date: 7/25/2026. This Limited Warranty applies to Covered Devices delivered on or after the effective date.

This is a LIMITED WARRANTY. It is not a full warranty. Please read it before purchase; it is made available to you here prior to sale as required by federal law.

1. Who Provides This Warranty

This Limited Warranty is provided by Syvell, 1308 E Colorado Blvd, Unit #3215,
Pasadena, CA 91106, United States (referred to in this document as “Syvell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Syvell is the warrantor and is solely responsible for the obligations stated here.

All warranty correspondence should be directed to support@syvell.com.

2. Products Covered

This Limited Warranty applies only to a Covered Device, meaning a Syvell-branded electronic or battery-powered product that is:

  1. listed in Schedule A of this document as of the date of your purchase;
  2. purchased new, in unopened retail packaging, through an Authorized Channel, meaning syvell.com or another storefront operated directly by Syvell; and
  3. purchased and delivered within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia.

A Covered Device includes the powered unit itself and any powered controller, battery pack, or charging component supplied by Syvell in the same retail package.

2.1 What Is Not a Covered Device

This Limited Warranty does not apply to, and no warranty is provided by Syvell for, the following, whether sold separately, included in a retail package, or supplied at no charge:

  • Non-powered accessories and tools, including but not limited to gua sha tools and stones, rollers, applicators, straps, headbands, storage pouches, cases, cleaning cloths, and printed materials;
  • Topicals, gels, serums, and other consumable or perishable goods;
  • Promotional, complimentary, gift-with-purchase, sample, or bundled free items, regardless of their stated retail value;
  • Replacement or spare parts purchased separately, except as expressly stated in Schedule A;
  • Any product not identified in Schedule A;
  • Any product bearing a brand other than Syvell.

Items excluded from this Limited Warranty may still be eligible for return under Syvell's separate Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in this section limits any implied warranty that applies to those items under applicable state law.

3. Who Is Covered

This Limited Warranty extends to the original end purchaser of a Covered Device who acquired it through an Authorized Channel for personal, family, or household use, and to any person who receives that Covered Device new and unused as a gift from the original purchaser. A gift recipient's warranty claim requires the original order number.

This Limited Warranty is otherwise not transferable. It does not extend to subsequent owners or to purchasers of used, refurbished, resold, or opened-box units acquired from any source other than an Authorized Channel.

4. Duration of Coverage

Syvell warrants each Covered Device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year beginning on the date the original order is delivered to the original purchaser (the “Warranty Period”).

Coverage includes the integrated rechargeable battery against failure to power the device, accept a charge, or hold a usable charge. Gradual loss of battery capacity resulting from normal use and charging cycles is normal wear, not a defect (see Section 6).

If Syvell repairs or replaces a Covered Device under this Limited Warranty, the Warranty Period is not restarted or extended. The repaired or replacement unit is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, or for thirty (30) days from the date the repaired or replacement unit is delivered, whichever is longer.

5. What Syvell Will Do

If a Covered Device fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, and you submit a valid claim under Section 8, Syvell will, at its sole option and at no charge to you:

  • repair the Covered Device;
  • replace the Covered Device with a new or factory-refurbished unit of the same model; or
  • replace the Covered Device with a unit of a comparable or superior model, if the same model is no longer available to Syvell.

Syvell may require that the Covered Device be returned to, and received by, Syvell before a repair, replacement, or refund is provided.

Syvell will pay standard ground shipping in both directions for warranty service within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. Expedited shipping, shipping outside that area, and any customs, duty, or brokerage charges are your responsibility.

If Syvell determines that repair and replacement are both commercially impracticable, Syvell may instead refund the amount you actually paid for the Covered Device, net of any refunds or credits previously issued for that purchase.

Repair, replacement, or refund as described in this Section 5 is your sole and exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty.

When a Covered Device is returned to Syvell under this Limited Warranty, that unit becomes the property of Syvell upon receipt. A unit supplied to you as a replacement becomes your property.

6. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • accidental damage, including drops, impacts, crushing, or liquid exposure beyond the cleaning described in the user manual;
  • damage resulting from use not in accordance with the user manual, or from commercial, salon, rental, or other non-residential use;
  • modification, disassembly, or repair by anyone other than Syvell;
  • damage caused by third-party power adapters, cables, batteries, or power sources that do not meet the specifications stated in the user manual;
  • normal wear, including cosmetic wear such as scratches or discoloration that does not affect function, and gradual loss of battery capacity from normal use and charging cycles;
  • loss or theft of the product.

The eye shields occasionally need pressing back into place during use; that is normal seating, not a defect.

7. No Warranty of Results

This Limited Warranty covers the physical Covered Device only. It is not a warranty, guarantee, or promise of any cosmetic or other outcome from use of the device, and no warranty of results is made. Individual results vary. Dissatisfaction with results is addressed by Syvell's Return and Refund Policy during its return window, not by this Limited Warranty.

8. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Step 1 — Contact us. Email support@syvell.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or short video if applicable.

Step 2 — Troubleshoot with us. We will respond within one business day. Many issues, including charging, mode selection, and the magnetic connection, resolve with basic troubleshooting.

Step 3 — Receive your return authorization. If the issue indicates a covered defect, we will email you a return authorization, the return address, and a prepaid shipping label.

Step 4 — Use the authorization. Return the product only with a return authorization and only to the address we provide. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to you at your expense.

Step 5 — Ship the product back. Return the product within 14 days of receiving your return authorization, using the label provided and including any items we specify. Pack the product adequately; you are responsible for damage caused by inadequate packing.

Step 6 — Receive your remedy. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will provide the remedy described in Section 5, typically within [5–7] business days of receipt.

If inspection shows the product is not defective, or that the failure falls within Section 6, we will contact you before taking further action. In that case we may return the product to you, and you may be responsible for return shipping.

9. Relationship to Syvell's Return and Refund Policy

This Limited Warranty is separate from, and in addition to, Syvell's Return and Refund Policy. The Return and Refund Policy governs returns for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results, during the return window stated in that policy. This Limited Warranty governs defects in materials and workmanship for the full Warranty Period.

Where both apply, you may choose which to use. Nothing in this Limited Warranty shortens or replaces any right you have under the Return and Refund Policy.

10. Limitation on Implied Warranties

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY — ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYVELL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PURCHASE, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE ANY SYVELL PRODUCT. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST TIME, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND CLAIMS BY THIRD PARTIES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes or limits Syvell's liability for personal injury caused by Syvell's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

California residents: Syvell does not maintain repair facilities in California. Warranty service under this Limited Warranty is performed by replacement or refund as described in Section 5.
